The Communities Collaborative Inc. was established to meet the needs of children and adolescents under the age of 22, who are living with mental and/or physical disabilities. Many of these individuals come from a history of abuse or neglect, and many have struggled in traditional settings.
CCI also provides a coordinated net-work of in-home supports to local families and children who are at risk. We work in collaboration with the Department of Social Services and the local school district, as well as many area service providers and advocacy groups to provide an array of supports geared toward keeping families intact and children thriving.
CCI strives to develop and provide unique, highly individualized supports to our society’s most vulnerable.
The Services we provide:
- Shared Living Foster Care
- Family Residence
- Family Based Support and Intervention
- School Based Support
- Training and Consultation
We work in partnership with many area offices of the Dept. of Social Services to develop effective, relevant supports for the children in our care and their families.
