The Communities Collaborative was established under The Polus Center for Social and Economic Development. In 2004 it incorporated separately and is fully licensed by the DEEC to provide highly specialized human service, support, and placement to children and youth with significant cognitive and/or physical impairments with a history of neglect and/or abuse. It is also our objective to extend our programs, where appropriate, to provide consulting to other agencies, and provide support and stabilization to youth and families at risk.
We employ highly educated and experienced staff to our programs. Striving for innovation, and professionalism our staff are some of the most talented and devoted in their fields.
We maintain consistency and familiarity for the individuals by creating lasting relationships with the services we utilize.
